Menu

Course One: Savory Profiterole, duck confit w/ roasted grape / orange relish.
Course Two: Bouchot Mussels, lemon butter, parsley, garlic / shallot, rouille.
Course Three: Poulet Cassoulet, sauce chasseur, white beans, tender greens.
Course Four: Roasted Endive & Shaved Beef Lyonnaise, poached egg, baguette crisps.
